Payment Options
We offer convenient electronic payment options to help you resolve your account securely and efficiently.
If you would like to set up automatic recurring payments, this must be done through our secure online payment portal.
Using the portal allows you to:
Enter your payment information directly and securely
Review the payment amount, schedule, and frequency
Identifying the bank account you want to use for the payments
Electronically signing a Payment Authorization
Receive a copy of your authorization for your records
Automatic payments will not be initiated unless and until you complete the online authorization process.
By completing these steps, you authorize us to initiate electronic withdrawals from your account in the amounts and on the dates you approve. You also authorize us, if necessary, to electronically correct any erroneous debit or credit entries.
You understand that your financial institution may assess fees for unsuccessful or returned payments, and you agree that we are not responsible for any such fees. All electronic payments authorized under this arrangement will be processed in accordance with applicable law and ACH network rules.
Setting up recurring payments is optional.
One-time payments made by phone do not enroll you in automatic payments.
You remain in control of your payment method and schedule.
You may cancel or change a recurring payment arrangement as provided in the authorization you approve online.

If you choose to authorize recurring electronic payments, you may cancel that authorization at any time by contacting us at: (703) 402-1025.

FEDERAL RIGHTS PRESERVED
Nothing in this authorization limits or affects any right you may have under federal law to stop payment of a preauthorized electronic fund transfer by contacting your financial institution directly.
One-Time Payments by Phone
You may make a one-time electronic payment by phone by calling us at (703) 402-1025.
When you make a payment by phone, the payment is processed only for the specific amount and date you authorize during the call. Phone payments are one-time transactions and do not establish automatic or recurring payments.
